Lahden Tilakeskus is looking for framework agreement partners for civil engineering work. The work to be procured is mainly small or minor maintenance and maintenance-related work, as well as repair and modification work.

The framework agreement is used for civil engineering work on properties owned, rented or managed by the City of Lahti. The scope, complexity of the work, the size, purpose and characteristics of the construction works may differ significantly from each other.

Civil engineering work includes interior and exterior manufacturing work, demolition work, shedding, other preparatory work, cleaning, auxiliary work and necessary transportation.

The work is mainly carried out on an hourly basis, but some are also carried out at a fixed total price. Larger individual construction projects are put out to tender separately by the client and are not covered by this framework agreement.

The client does not have an obligation to purchase a quantity, and the contract does not give the contractor an exclusive right to carry out the procurement. The information on the procurement volumes presented in the documents is an estimate that is not binding on the client.

The framework agreement is valid for the first two years for a fixed period, after which it expires without separate termination measures, unless the subscriber takes advantage of the option option.
