The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with 1 tenderer for the delivery of 10 minibuses with seats for 16 passengers.

The buses must be fully registered, certified and ready for use by the contracting authority. 7 of the buses must be delivered by 16.3.2020 at the latest, (the wanted delivery date is 2.3.2020). Nordre Follo Municipality will be established on 1.1.2020 from the merger of Ski and Oppegård Municipalities. The new municipality will have a total of approx. 58 300 inhabitants and approx. 4 700 employees.

This procurement is being made by Oppegård Municipality, on behalf of Nordre Follo Municipality, and is henceforth referred to as the contracting authority.

The Transport Department is responsible for providing transport to disabled persons and elderly users who need to get to/from different day centres. The user group consists of persons of all ages with reduced functions. Some are in wheelchairs. The number of daily passengers is approx. 220. The department has permanent employees who are split between 10 routes.
