The municipality wishes to purchase a tractor with hook arm carrier for its technical service.

This is to replace an older truck.

The tractor must be multi-deployable with all peripherals and machines already in stock such as, sweeping brush, shredder, multi-functional suction truck, stage carts, low loader, snow planer,...

The hook arm carrier must be suitable for transporting, pulling up and dropping off all existing containers, chickens,... also the water tank container must be easily moved with this hook arm carrier.

The term under II.2.7 in particular “31/12/2022” is an indicative date, the delivery period can be specified by the supplier and is described in II.6 in the specifications and is assessed in the award criteria.
