The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest management, to be performed in the Chojna Forest District in 2023. The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710 - "Public Procurement Law") and executive acts to the Public Procurement Law. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3) - (4) of the Public Procurement Law.
Package 3 - Grabowo forestryThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, to be performed in the Chojna Forest District in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package 6 - forestry: Widuchowa, RynicaThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, to be performed in the Chojna Forest District in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
