Breckland Council are seeking to engage a specialist consultancy to commission a package of action-oriented delivery plans for each of the District’s key market towns — Attleborough, Dereham, Swaffham, Thetford and Watton and the surrounding areas that the towns serve. Combined, these plans should complement and interrelate to each other, as the anchors to the District’s overall approach to environmental, economic, and social development.
