3.1. Tangible scope of the item of the order
1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, to be carried out in the Strzyżów Forest District in 2023. Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ
Package I – forestry: Babica and Wola Zgłobieńska1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, to be carried out in the Strzyżów Forest District in 2023 - Babica Forestry and Wola Zgłobieńska. Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding routes, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
The estimated value of the order shall consist of the following net amounts:
— basic value of the order – PLN 1318165,59,
— order pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law – PLN 659082.80,
— additional material scope (right of option) – PLN 263633,12
Package II – forestry: Cieszyn and Kozłówek;1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, to be carried out in the Strzyżów Forest District in 2023 - Cieszyn and Kozłówek Forestry. Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding routes, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
The estimated value of the order shall consist of the following net amounts:

Package III – forestry: Mating and Niebylec1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, to be carried out in the Strzyżów Forest District in 2023 - Godowa and Niebylec Forestry. Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding routes, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
The estimated value of the order shall consist of the following net amounts:

Package IV – Forestry: Hermanowa and Hyżne1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, to be carried out in the Strzyżów Forest District in 2023 - Hermanów and Hyżne Forestry. Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.

Package V – forestry: Kąkolówka and Sołonka1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, to be carried out in the Strzyżów Forest District in 2023 - Kąkolówka and Sołonka Forestry. Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.

Package VI — Forestry: Links and Łętownia1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, to be carried out in the Strzyżów Forest District in 2023 - Łączki and Łętownia Forestry. Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding routes, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
