the purpose of this consultation is to set up a framework agreement for the execution of general project management services for the design and construction of the East-West line of the tramway of the Caen la Mer Urban Community

the project for the construction of the East-West tramway line on the territory of the Caen la Mer Urban Community carried out under general project management, includes: - studies and works for the construction of the East-West tramway line, - studies and works for the extension of the tramway operation and maintenance centre (Cemt), - studies and implementation of the removal of the LAC from the existing network (Bernières station at Place de la Mare station),- the exploitability studies of 4 tram lines.the missions of general project management of the framework agreement are divided into two families:1- basic and complementary missions of general project management for the design and construction of the East-West tramway line, the extension of storage of the CEMT, the erasure of the LAC on the existing network and the operability of the 4 lines, 2- Additional study and assistance services subject to specific order forms
