Vefsn Municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for service and maintenance of streetlights and traffic lights, including materials thereof.

The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the municipality's ongoing need for maintenance of traffic lights and the municipality's fixtures, as well as replacement of existing fixtures for LED lights.

The framework agreement also includes new installations where these are not part of larger contracts. The supplier will provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the supplier, unless the contracting authority requires otherwise.

The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option to extend for a further 1 year + 1 year. The maximum contract period is 4 years.

The estimated total annual value of the agreement is NOK 2.5 million. The volume is uncertain in the contract period and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors.
