The object of the order is the delivery, assembly, commissioning and maintenance of the air quality sensor network along with the software. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall include a model contract with the annexes, which is Annex 3 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the order is:

1) Delivery, assembly, commissioning and maintenance, and handling:

• 152 units for measuring concentrations of particulate matter (fractions PM10, PM2.5 and PM1) and measuring nitrogen dioxide (NO2) together with measurement of air temperature and relative humidity of air and atmospheric pressure,

• 13 units in which, apart from the measurement of dust fractions PM10, PM2.5 and PM1, NO2 measurement and air temperature, relative air humidity and atmospheric pressure, ozone measurement (O3 ) will be carried out;

2) delivery and implementation of a system for data collection and sharing;

3) supervision of the operation of the data collection and sharing system, verification of data, assessment of correctness of device indications for all measured meteorological parameters and air pollutants.

As part of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to supply, assemble, commissioning and maintenance of the equipment listed in point 1.

2. The value of the order is 10,002 575,80 PLN net (basic order value: 3,723 687,24 PLN net; maximum value of the option: 6,278 888,56 PLN net).

3. Deadline of the order

The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out the subject matter of the contract by 31 October 2022, subject to the time limits for the individual stages of execution of the contract and the right of options referred to in Section 2 of the model contract. As a result of the application of the option law, the execution date may be extended to a maximum of 31.10.2028.
