1. The subject of the contract is the provision of all-day cleanliness maintenance services including washing of glass surfaces in the premises of the Regional Court in Łódź in buildings A and B and in the District Courts in Brzeziny, Łęczyca, Rawa Mazowiecka and Łowicz.

2. Partial tenders may be submitted in the present proceedings. The subject of the contract has been divided into 6 PARTS, i.e.:

• Part 1 – District Court in Łódź building A;

• Part 2 – District Court / Court of Appeal in Łódź building B;

• Part 3 – District Court in Brzeziny;

• Part 4 – District Court in Łęczyca;

• Part 5 – District Court in Rawa Mazowiecka;

• Part 6 – District Court in Łowicz.

3. The offer may include one or more Parts, in accordance with the SWZ, including Annex 2.1. to 2.6. to swz.

The subject of the Order is:

1) comprehensive cleaning service, including the provision of hygiene products, in buildings:

- County Court in Łódź at Dąbrowskiego 5,

- I Opinionative Panel of Judicial Specialists (I OZSS) in Łódź at

Łagiewnicka Street 54/56,

- II Opinion-giving Team of Judicial Specialists (II OZSS) in Skierniewice at 33/35 Mszczonowska Street – without providing hygienic products;

2) Window washing and glazing service in buildings:

- County Court in Łódź at Dąbrowskiego 5,

- I Opinionative Panel of Judicial Specialists (I OZSS) in Łódź at

Łagiewnicka Street 54/56,

- 2nd OpiniLegislative Panel of Judicial Specialists (II OZSS) in Skierniewice at 33/35Mszczonowska Street

- Archive of the County Court of Łódź at 10 Publisher Street.

• 2 times during the term of the contract;

Contractors who will provide a machine for washing marble and stone floors for the performance of the contract may apply for the award of the contract.

As part of the procedure, the Ordering Party requires that the activities covered by the main subject of the contract be performed by persons employed under an employment contract, within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510) - in the amount of working time adequate to the actual number of working hours of individual employees. The Contractor is responsible for compliance with labor law in this respect.
