Acquisition of a managed service, to cover technological and methodological aspects, necessary to support and assist the internal technical structure, in the management of company databases. The data centers that make up the technological infrastructure are located in Trieste, where the DC with primary function resides, and in Palmanova, where the DC resides with a secondary function. The facilities are nevertheless designed to protect services in active-active mode, between the two data centers, with synchronous replication of reference data.

The contract aims to acquire a managed service, covering technological and methodological aspects, necessary to support and assist the internal technical structure, in the management of databases corporate. The data centers that make up the technological infrastructure are located in Trieste, where the DC resides with primary function, and in Palmanova, where the DC with secondary function resides. The facilities are nevertheless designed to protect services in active-active mode, between the two data centers, with synchronous replication of reference data.

With the aim of improving and strengthening systems management, Insiel intends to acquire the following:

a) a service to support the management of company data base, which will work alongside the “Data Base Administrator” team. The requested service consists in activating a support in 7x24x365 mode that aims to operate in the ordinary management of databases, to improve responsiveness in case of incident operational and increase the level of proactivity of the fleet of managed databases;

b) further 200 days of “specialist support”, to be provided at the request of the customer during the period of validity of the contract (including the period of validity of the possible option) and to be used to support of complex projects and/or activities, which will be agreed and planned according to emerging needs and that relate to the scope of data management.

The total amount of the contract is EUR 470 000,00 (Euro four hundred and seventy-seventy-thousand/00) excluding VAT, of which 190 000,00 EUR (Euro one hundred and ninety-thousand/00) optional. There are no safety charges that are not subject to downside arising from interference risks.
