The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a kitchen – a canteen for 2000 fed at the Konotop camp. The Contractor will carry out construction works based on the Building Permit Decision No. 4/O/2020 of 9 April 2020.

The implementation of the task involves access to classified information at the RESTRICTED level.

In connection with the above, Contractors applying for the award of a contract pursuant to Article 54 paragraph 1 of the Act of 05.08.2010 on the protection of classified information are obliged to protect classified information.
