The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement with a company that is able to deliver the requested product or service as described in section 1.3.8 of the Guidelines.

Within the scope of this call for tenders:

The operation of the restaurant in the WSRL headquarters

The management and maintenance of the hot drinks vending machines

The care of Banqueting at WSRL's headquarters

The care of Banqueting at the decentralized locations of WSRL

Purchasing kitchen appliances in the name and expense of WSRL

The annual deep cleaning of the restorative rooms

This tender must lead to an agreement with one contracting party for a period of 4 years. An option to extend twice 24 calendar months is also included in the agreement. The total contract duration is therefore a maximum of 8 years. The effective date of the agreement is June 1, 2024.
