The scope and purpose of the contract

The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for plumbing services and accompanying HVAC and sanitation materials. The tenderer shall provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the Contracting Authority requires otherwise. The framework agreement shall cover the municipality's requirement for plumbing services and HVAC and sanitation materials. The estimated annual contract value is between 500 000 NOK and 1 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The value is an estimate based on statistics and accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent services for the same buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The volume must be seen as a non-binding estimate. See part 2, requirement specifications for further information.
