ITEBO GmbH is planning a tender for a framework agreement on scan services / file digitization. The framework agreement can be used by ITEBO GmbH itself as well as for all shareholders of ITEBO GmbH, whereby ITEBO GmbH calls up the necessary services from the framework agreement, coordinates them as necessary and carries out the settlement with the respective shareholders.

The services include in particular:

Transport:

- Provision of transport containers;

- transport of the file containers;

- Return of the files.

Digitalization:

- preparing the documents;

- Two-sided scanning of documents;

- Transfer of the data to the document management system (metadata);

- Partial temporary storage of the digitized files;

- Disposal of "consumables".

Ancillary services / requirements for order execution:

- Training of ITEBO employees and employees of the respective institutions (file locations);

- Regular backups of the database (redundant) with the scan data.

Storage of the data on a data server in Germany.

The framework agreement is to be concluded with a contractor.
