The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads in the city and municipality of Łask in the seasons 2023-2024 and 2024-2025. A detailed DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT is attached as Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference. As part of the performance of each part of the contract, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option. CPV code: 90620000-9 Snow removal services, 90630000-2 De-icing services, 90610000-6 Street cleaning and sweeping services.

1) Part I – Winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads in Zone I in the city of Łask in the seasons 2023-2024 and 2024-2025;

2) Part II – Winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads in Zone II in the Kolumna district in the seasons 2023-2024 and 2024-2025;

3) Part III – Winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads in Zone III in the Łask municipality in the seasons 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.
