The city of Nuremberg (client) is building an innovative school campus in Maiach, consisting of a progressive middle school and a primary school with a combined after-school care centre for primary school care (day-care centre). In order to ensure that the pupils or combined after-school children receive a balanced and healthy meal every day, the client is now looking for a competent caterer for both facilities for the cafeteria operation of the middle school and the supply of the combined after-school children of the primary school.

The caterer is responsible for the lunch meals of the pupils of the middle school and for the combined after-school children of the primary school. It is important that pupils are offered varied and balanced meals that meet the needs of primary and secondary school pupils. Meals should not only be tasty and appealing, but also contain an adequate amount of nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

The client provides the caterer with a modern and well-equipped regeneration kitchen free of charge.

The contractor takes over the lunch at the Maiach school campus for the pupils of the combined day care centre and the middle school.
