The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the development of municipal waste from the area of Przemyśl Municipality, including:
a) management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected selectively collected from owners of real estate covered by the municipal waste management system (residential, mixed and uninhabited properties) and collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK),
b) management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from municipal areas (municipal cemeteries, municipal markets, municipal toilets, street bins, bus stops, recreational places, wild landfills, etc.)
Total estimated mass of waste intended for development:
1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 in the amount up to 13 226 Mg,
2) municipal waste collected selectively in the amount of up to 4 798 Mg.
1.1. Management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount up to 12 410 Mg.
1.2. Management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01, from municipal areas, in the amount up to 816 Mg.

Waste management code 20 01 99 - other fractions not mentioned in a selective way (metals and plastics, multi-material packaging), 15 01 06 mixed packaging waste, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount up to 1 325 Mg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ – for Task No. 2-5.
Management of paper and cardboard waste with codes 20 01 01 and 15 01 01, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount up to 800 Mg.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is: Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – for Task No. 2-5.
Management of glass waste with codes 20 01 02 or 15 01 07, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of up to 750 Mg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is: Annex 2 to the SWZ – for Tasks No. 2-5.
Management of waste in the form of used tyres, bulky waste and waste in the form of debris and construction waste, covered by the municipal waste management system:
a) waste management in the form of used tyres with the code 16 01 03, in the amount up to 30 Mg,
b) management of bulky waste with code 20 03 07, in the amount up to 500 Mg,
c) management of waste in the form of rubble and construction waste with codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 20 02 02, in an amount up to 170 Mg.

Collection (including transport) and management of used and expired medicines as well as hazardous and inert waste covered by the municipal waste management system:
a) collection (including transport) and disposal of used and expired medicines
code 20 01 32, up to 7,5 Mg,
b) collection (including transport) and management of hazardous and inert waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and from the municipal waste stream, codes: 15 01 10*, 15 02 02*, 20 01 10, 20 01 11, 20 01 13*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 25, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 80, 20 01 99, up to 15.5 Mg.

Zoning of biodegradable waste covered by the municipal waste management system:
(a) management of biodegradable waste
with code 20 02 01 constituting parts of plants from the care of green areas, gardens (small branches, grass, leaves, wood chips) - in bulk, in the amount up to 480 Mg,
(b) the development of biodegradable waste
with code 20 02 01, referred to above - containing branches in uncrushed form, in an amount up to 120 Mg.

Zoning of biodegradable waste covered by the municipal waste management system:
(a) management of biodegradable waste
with code 20 01 08 constituting biodegradable kitchen waste of plant origin, excluding waste of animal origin and fats - in bulk, in an amount up to 240 Mg,
(b) the development of biodegradable waste
with code 20 01 08, referred to above - in bags, in an amount up to 360 Mg.
