The purpose of this tender is to conclude an Agreement for the described and specified delivery of Gift Vouchers with one Contractor who has issued the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (EMVI) for the Contract. The scope of the tender consists of the delivery of Gift Vouchers. This concerns both digital and physical Gift Vouchers. • Delivering digital and physical Gift Vouchers of various amounts; • Making an online platform/webshop available for the recipient of the Gift Voucher to redeem it with a Unique code that is on the Gift Voucher; • Providing telephone and online support to recipients of the Gift Voucher with, among other things, questions about and/or redeeming the Gift Voucher, complaints and other service-related questions.
