This contract is aimed at providing consultancy services in the fields of security system design, organising and monitoring of works sites and computer-aided design in the architectural and electrotechnical fields.

The services required for this contract are:

— design and verification of security plans for Commission buildings so that they comply with standards laid down in the GSP (availability of emergency and access-controlled doors, CCTV cameras and detection systems — and access control, flow diagram of persons in the building),

— detailed study and design of command and control infrastructure for access control, intrusion detection and CCTV systems currently based on Nedap equipment,

— preparation of wiring plans in relation to the aforementioned studies,

— preparation of technical specifications in relation to security plans designed within the framework of the GSP,

— preparation of detailed lists for corresponding equipment,

— preparation of corresponding delivery plans for installers,

— studies and preparation of specifications for specialised security techniques (e.g. shielded rooms).

Services to be provided in the framework of the contract: the aim of this invitation to tender is to carry out studies to acquire and install security equipment in its buildings in Brussels and the surrounding area. The contractor will provide the security plan, specifications and list of corresponding equipment in order to carry out the work.
