This consultation concerns the award of separate works contracts for the maintenance of CRETEIL-HABITAT-SEMIC's heritage buildings. The consultation took the form of an open call, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2124-2.1, R2161-2, R2161-3, R2161-4 and R2161-5 of Decree 2018-1075 of 3 December 2018. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a single operator in accordance with Articles R2162-1, R2162-2, R2162-4, R2162-5, R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of Decree 2018-1075 of 3 December 2018.
