Supply of deep brain stimulators.

The subject of the order is the supply of deep brain stimulators, set out in detail in Annex 2 to the ToR. The subject of the order, as specified in the ToR, must be authorized for use and use in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 20.5.2010 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 211).
