The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of vegetables and fruit in 2024 by the 21st Military Economic Division in Elbląg. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendices 1, 2a and 5 to the Terms of Reference.
Order Lot No. 1 - Purchase and Delivery of Vegetables - 42 SKUs
Order Lot No. 2 - Purchase and delivery of fruit - 15 SKUs.
The order will be executed using the right of option. The option is to repeat the same assortment for the maximum quantities specified in the Terms of Reference. If the minimum and maximum quantities for an assortment item are the same, it means that the Ordering Party does not apply the option right for a given assortment item.
