Multi Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Drinking Water Expertise Services

The recast Drinking Water Directive (EU) 2020/2184 was transposed into Irish legislation by the European Union (Drinking Water) Regulations 2023 (S.I. No. 99 of 2023). The new legislation means that the EPA requires suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide assistance to the EPA on the drinking water regulations and related work to include revision of EPA drinking water guidance.
