Goods are purchased by determining the maximum amount of funds allocated for their purchase specified in the contract.

The technical specification specifies the preliminary quantity of the Goods. During the term of the Contract, the Buyer has the right to adjust the quantity of the Purchased Goods, not exceeding the maximum contract price specified in the Contract. The Buyer shall not undertake to redeem the entire quantity of the Goods or any part thereof. The Buyer, if necessary, has the right to purchase up to 10% of the Related Goods in accordance with the SD of the Agreement.
