The State Educational Loan Fund, Norway (Lånekassen) wants to enter into a contract for meeting our requirements for cleaning services at our Oslo office in Helsfyr.
The assignment includes cleaning service, including sanitary service and delivery of consumables, as well as the hire of mats. The provider must also expect additional assignments such as spring cleaning, polishing and internal window cleaning. The cleaning of the premises means that the provider is responsible for daily cleaning in accordance with agreed upon standard. Regarding the purchase of additional services, this will be commissioned upon requirements and the date and time for the assignment will in each case be agreed with the provider.

The contract is valid from 1 January 2021 with a contract period of 2 years. Option for the contracting authority for further 1+1 year extension.
