The contest concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of precipitation chemicals and flocculation chemicals to the municipality's treatment plants.

The maximum value for group 1 and group 2, respectively, including any options and expected price increases, is set forth in section 1.1.4.

The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Lots/groups

There is an opportunity to submit tenders for one or more of the groups below. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for individual groups, nor alternative tenders.

Group 1: Iron-based precipitation chemicals and flocculation chemicals for processes with iron-based precipitation (estimated value NOK 10 million per year/maximum value NOK 80,000,000 excluding VAT).

Group 2: Aluminium-based precipitation chemicals and flocculation chemicals for processes with aluminium-based precipitation (estimated value NOK 2 million per year/maximum value NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT)

Framework agreement

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contracts, with the accompanying standard contract terms.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer in each group.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
