4.1. The subject of the contract is: Delivery of equipment as part of the task "Construction of an indoor swimming pool at the Primary School No. 2 in Hrubieszów"

In accordance with Article 91(1) of the PPL Act, the contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders divided into 3 parts, as follows:

part 1 – "Delivery with assembly of furniture and household appliances, electronics and other electrical and electronic equipment",

Part 2 – "Supply of computer hardware and software",

Part 3 – "Supply of pool equipment".

4.2.1. part 1 – "Delivery with assembly of furniture and household appliances, electronics and other electrical and electronic equipment", including:

1) delivery with assembly of furniture and household appliances, electronics and other electrical and electronic equipment, which should be made in the building of the indoor swimming pool at the Primary School No. 2 in Hrubieszów located at: Żeromskiego 29, 22-500 Hrubieszów;

2) delivery of brand new equipment, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of correct operation coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, to the extent specified in Annex 1a to the SWZ, together with its transport, unloading, bringing, setting, installation, connection in places and rooms indicated by the Ordering Party; The Ordering Party does not allow post-leasing, regenerated, post-exhibition and used equipment and equipment.

3) making the necessary measurements at the place of delivery of equipment before proceeding to the implementation of the subject of the order in order to make a precise delivery;

4) delivery with the order of instructions in Polish requiring service, including instructions for use and maintenance, if issued by the manufacturer;

5) providing technical and functional documentation related to the subject of the contract,

6) providing with the order warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary for the proper operation of wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if they are required for the proper operation of the product),

7. the equipment which is the subject of the contract must:

a) Have appropriate attestations, declarations of conformity, quality and approval certificates and other documents confirming that it meets all the standards and requirements provided for it by law,

b) Meet the requirements set out in this SWZ,

8) the delivery and installation of the equipment being the subject of this contract will take place at the risk and expense of the Contractor;

9) delivery and assembly of equipment must take place within the hours agreed with the Ordering Party;

10) all the equipment supplied should be assembled (assembled) and prepared for use in accordance with its intended purpose before acceptance;

11) the contractor undertakes to clean all the premises of the Ordering Party in which the assembly will be carried out, including the removal and management at the expense of the contractor of used packaging;

12) restoring the previous state of the rooms in accordance with the technique of execution and use of materials according to the construction design of the swimming pool – in the case of damage or destruction caused during delivery.

4.2.2. Part 2 — 'Supply of computer hardware including software', including:

1) delivery of computer equipment with software, which should be made in the building of the indoor swimming pool at the Primary School No. 2 in Hrubieszów located at: Żeromskiego 29, 22-500 Hrubieszów;

2) delivery of brand new equipment, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of correct operation coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, to the extent specified in Annex 1b to the SWZ, together with its transport, unloading, bringing, setting, installation, connection in places and rooms indicated by the Ordering Party; The Ordering Party does not allow post-leasing, regenerated, post-exhibition and used equipment and equipment.

1) delivery of elements of swimming pool equipment, which should be made in the building of the indoor swimming pool at the Primary School No. 2 in Hrubieszów located at: Żeromskiego 29, 22-500 Hrubieszów;

2) delivery of brand new equipment, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of correct operation coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, to the extent specified in Annex 1c to the SWZ, together with its transport, unloading, bringing, setting, installation, connection in places and rooms indicated by the Ordering Party; The Ordering Party does not allow post-leasing, regenerated, post-exhibition and used equipment and equipment.
