The project includes the establishment of 312 youth homes, as well as an independent new community center.
Housing is established partly in existing buildings and partly by new construction.
In two existing buildings in 2 and 3 plans, 132 dwellings will be established, (of which 8 will be 2 rooms).
180 new homes will be established in 3 new buildings in 2, 3 and 4 floors without a basement.
The assignment is offered in the main contract.
Total living space approx. 13 294 m
Housing is energy-efficient according to requirements in BR18.
The main construction of the wound is:
- Partial demolition and environmental remediation of existing buildings,
- Construction of new steel structures,
- Foundation is carried out as direct foundation, partly on sand pad,
- Tires of concrete elements,
- Walls of concrete and lightweight wall elements,
- Facades of wooden cassettes and brick walls,
- Roofing of steel sheets and roofing board.
