Description:: This is an OJEU procurement for the provision of a framework to carry out property conditions surveys. Berneslai Homes require a framework of suppliers to carry out property condition surveys on the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough housing stock. The framework has 5 lots and companies may apply for any number of lots. It is envisaged that between 1 and 5 companies will be appointed to the framework. Further information on the procurement can be obtained by registering an interest against this procurement on Yortender (www.yortender.co.uk). The framework period will be from the 1.9.2016 until the 31.8.2017 with 3 possible 1 year extensions.
