This consultation is conducted according to the European open call for tenders procedure in accordance with Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code which came into force on 1 April 2019.
It is a contract for flat-rate services (DPGF) and one-off orders (BPU), in the form of a purchase order contract without minimum or maximum quantity and without minimum amount but with a maximum amount of € 270,000.00 HT on the entire market.
