Award of panel agreement to 2 suppliers to support for local land charges migration services.
Contracts to provide the Local Land Charges Programme with the required supply chain to deliver ‘Industrialisation’ of Local Land Charge (LLC) migration in order to enable completion of the migration of all local authorities onto the HMLR register within a maximum 6 years from FY21/22. The Authority awarded master services agreements to two suppliers under a panel arrangement. This panel will be operated under a workshare allocation (Order) process incentivising pace and quality of delivery whilst giving due weight to cost. The appointment of two suppliers is to provide both resilience and the potential for scaling up the service delivery capacity.
