The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal solid waste from the area of the Municipality of Fabianki. The scope of the contract applies to all inhabited properties from the municipality of Fabianki

- multi-family buildings in rural areas - 49 pcs.,

In past years, the following quantities of single-family buildings have been put into use in the municipality:

2015 - 53 pcs.

2016 — 43 pcs.

2017 — 27 pcs

2018 — 56 pcs

2019 – 40 pcs.

3. The area of the commune – 76 km2, including 50.4 km2 of agricultural land.

The Ordering Party requires that:

- warehouse and transport base personnel,

- contract coordinator,

which the Contractor will use in the performance of this contract for the benefit of the Ordering Party, throughout the term of the contract with the Ordering Party, were employed on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974. Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502, as amended) by the Contractor or by a subcontractor. The Contractor is obliged to include in each subcontract relevant provisions obliging subcontractors to employ under the employment contract all persons performing the activities indicated in this point.

Detailed rules for documenting employment under an employment contract and the powers of the Contracting Authority to control the performance of that obligation and the sanctions for its failure to comply are set out in the model contract annexed to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority analysed the subject of the order for accessibility to disabled persons and determined that there was no need for specific requirements in this order.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possible award of contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, and the price may not exceed PLN 800,000.00 net The award of a contract consisting in the repetition of similar construction works is a unilateral discretionary decision of the Ordering Party and is dependent on budgetary constraints. Contracts may consist in extending the duration of the service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners from the municipality. The contracting authority decided not to divide the contract into parts because: for the proper performance of the service, provisions were introduced into the contract obliging the contractor to achieve appropriate levels of municipal waste recovery in accordance with applicable regulations. The division of the contract will make it difficult, or even impossible, to enforce this provision from contractors.
