Transport of furnishing equipment / real estate material in the area of responsibility of the object management from the Scharnhorst-Kaserne equipment warehouse with your own vehicle including installation at the user's premises including disposal of packaging material. This may also involve the delivery of telecommuting workplaces (outside the aforementioned properties).
The assembly of furnishing equipment may also be required.
The scope of transports varies from individual pieces of furniture to larger removals of entire buildings.
For example, the weight of the furnishing device can vary as follows (non-exhaustive list):
Storage cabinet with value compartment = approx. 96 kg
Wardrobe for clothes = approx. 67 kg
Electric desk = approx. 75 kg
Display cabinet = approx. 75 kg
Briefcase rolling cabinets tops/bottoms = approx. 46 kg - 63 kg
Living room couch = approx. 91 kg
Cleaning equipment cabinet, 2-door = approx. 120 kg
Hazardous material cabinet (rare) = depending on version 100 - 400 kg
In the properties there are buildings with up to 6 floors. Any kind of the above-mentioned material must be able to be transported to these heights (an elevator is usually not available). This also includes the provision of external lifts or similar.
Expected property material is shown at on-site appointments in the individual properties.
- Transport of furnishing, technical and non-technical consumables with a vehicle inside and outside the properties
- Transport of waste paper and recyclable material sacks as well as transport into containers provided in the vehicle.
- Assembly and craftsmanship work
For example, attaching pin boards, whiteboards, mirrors, various signage, towel and soap dispensers, picture frames, smoke detectors as well as assembling and fixing shelving systems.
These are works that do not require essential handicraft activities. This generally includes simpler work that can be learned in a short time or is secondary to the craft.
For this purpose, a lump sum for small funds must be specified when submitting the tender, which covers any material relating to the above-mentioned work.
An asbestos / pollutant suspicion is basically given and must be observed during the work / disposal (drilling activity in walls, etc.).
- Removing, transporting and hanging curtains / curtains / slat curtains, etc.
- Replacement and compliant transport of fire extinguishers.
- Disposal or delivery of old and furnishing equipment and bulky waste at the supply and disposal point or in the equipment warehouse in the Scharnhorst barracks or on order at the landfill.
- Barrier services according to specifications.
- Provision of moving boxes and other transport aids (e.g. file transport vehicles or similar).
- The response time for the execution of the respective work is 3 working days.
The examination of the written order (open item list) by the contractor must be carried out immediately. Any additional expenses are only to be carried out and settled with the prior approval of the property management. The content of the Open Item List may vary on the day of implementation due to unforeseen emergency measures. The effort of such immediate measures is usually similar to the work originally commissioned.
- The contractor assures a weekly call-off in the form of basically 2 persons and one car per property, the fixed weekdays for each property will be determined at a later date. The call will be made by the property management no later than 3 working days before the agreed date. For each order, the contractor must be able to increase the number of persons. The response time remains unaffected.
- Vehicles / Fleet
When exercising the subject matter of the contract, the smallest possible vehicle class available (up to a maximum of 7.5 t) must always be used. Basic equipment with the work materials necessary for the fulfilment of the contract is required.
The weighting of the services consists of approx. 80% transport services and 20% assembly work.
