The city of Oelde intends to build a new multifunctional triple sports hall in the area of the intersection Wiedenbrücker Straße / "Zur Axt". The hall is to be used both as a sports hall and for events. The subject of the procedure is the transfer of the planning of the outdoor facilities in accordance with Part 3 Section 2 HOAI 2021. (A more detailed description of the project can be found in Section II.2.4).
The city of Oelde is planning the construction of a new multifunctional triple sports hall in the area of the intersection Wiedenbrücker Straße / "Zur Axt" in 59302 Oelde. The new building is necessary due to undercapacities of hall space in the area of the school landscape of the city of Oelde - but at the same time should also serve the training and competition operations of the sports clubs. In addition to the three hall areas, the hall will also have a fixed grandstand with a capacity of 392 seats. This is complemented by an extendable telescopic grandstand, which offers seating for 400 people and 8 wheelchair spaces plus 400 seats through seating. The building is a meeting place. The preliminary planning already carried out includes
the work phases 1 - 3.
A rainwater retention in the area of the later parking area for external use (irrigation / extinguishing water provision) is planned. A corresponding cable routing must be taken into account in planning, the building itself is the subject of a separate measure.
The demand pitches for non-sporting events (up to 1,200 visitors) are located in the eastern area between the buildings of Haver & Böcker and the fire and rescue station of the city of Oelde. The construction of such pitches is not covered by this invitation to tender. The bicycle parking spaces are located west of the building. The paved surfaces are partly made of paving stones and asphalt. The interface object planning/open facility planning is coordinated in the further planning process.
The commissioning of the planning services takes place as described below: With the conclusion of the contract, the work phases 4 - 8 + 9 are commissioned according to the specifications.
