The City of Châtelet wishes to renew its anti-intrusion and fire alarm systems in all municipal buildings (51 buildings).

The renting includes for lot 1: the installation of the equipment + an omnium maintenance contract + annual maintenance + transmissions to a remote monitoring center.

Contract concluded for a fixed period of ten years (without purchase option).

The works consist of:

1) dismantling and recovery of all anti-intrusion equipment, visible existing fire (detectors, sirens, keypads, control panels, cables, etc.);

2) installation of the equipment listed in appendix 1 and installed according to the plans in appendix 2 (schematic diagrams provided for information only and not contractual);

3) an annual maintenance will be carried out one year after installation and a report will be submitted per installation each year;

4) a connection will be established between the alarm centers and the central monitoring station 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays and also with a security service;

5) submission of the principle plans including all accessories per building;

6) a risk analysis must be carried out by the tenderer for each building (51 buildings).

Contract concluded for a period of one year, tacitly renewable three times maximum.
