maintenance in Operational Condition (Mco) of the special infrastructure equipment (strong currents, weak currents, fire, air conditioning and doors) of the hardened module of the Last Resort System (Syderec) of the 118 air base of Mont de Marsan
the services concern areas:
- strong currents (low voltage supply and distribution, electrical backup);
- weak currents (access control and anti-intrusion);
- fire (fire detection and extinguishing)

- air conditioning; - door control.
For the MCO, the services requested are essentially technical actions of the 3rd and 4th level as defined in the standards nf x 60 000 and Nfx60-319.
Exceptionally, the holder may be required to carry out 1st and 2nd level maintenance interventions.
This framework agreement is a contract with access to classified information and/or media (Isc) at the “Secret” level. Only an undertaking with a right to know such information may be retained as the holder of the framework agreement, in accordance with the provisions of IGI 1300.
The incumbent must ensure:
- participation in the preparation of prevention plans;
- preventive maintenance systematic biannual, annual, triennial, quadrennial, quinquennial, decennial;
- conditional preventive
maintenance; - immediate curative corrective maintenance and deferred;
- the supply of materials, spare parts and ingredients necessary for the performance of services;
- the duty of advice;
- technical assistance and expertise;
- improvements and engineering studies at the request of Gaia;
- the provision of a detailed report after each intervention;
- the documentary update when the installations have been modified in the context of the execution of the framework agreement;
- the supply and implementation of the quality plan.
The framework agreement includes a minimum amount and a maximum amount fixed in value for one year:
-Minimum amount = 5,000 euros excluding VAT
-Maximum amount = 50,000 euros (excl. VAT)
