The purpose of this consultation is to appoint a project management team for extension, energy renovation and redevelopment work at the Blanches Fleurs nursery school in Beaune.

This is a project management contract awarded in the form of a formalized procedure with negotiation pursuant to Articles L1111-4, L1211-1.1°, and L2124-3, R2124-3 and R2124-4, R2161-12 to R2161-20, L2410-1 et seq., R2431-1 to R2431-7, and R2431-19 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code.

The use of this procedure is justified by the very purpose of the consultation, since the contract includes design services, but also because of the need to discuss with the candidates the energy performance commitments to be achieved, depending in part on the developments that will be envisaged.

The provisional budget allocated to the works is 1,965,000 euro excluding tax (MB value September 2023)
