The Framework Agreement includes the delivery of equipment and chemicals for municipal swimming pools in all participating municipalities. The Framework Agreement will have a duration of more than 1 year, with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the agreement with a further 1 year + 1 year + 1 year. Thus the total maximum contract duration is 4 years. The options will be automatically taken up unless the Contracting Authority gives notification otherwise at the latest 3 months before the contract or option year expires. The contract is expected to be initiated 1.1.2019.
