Two framework agreements are being offered for the maintenance of environmental bullet traps and impact boxes. The purpose of the framework agreements is to ensure that the Danish Property Agency can have services performed/delivered that relate to the maintenance of environmental bullet traps and impact boxes. The framework agreements will include delivery of goods, carrying out maintenance/renovation as well as a combination thereof.
The framework agreements are offered as the following two lots:
Lot 1: Zealand and Bornholm
Partial agreement 2: Jutland and Funen
Framework agreement on maintenance of environmental bullet traps and impact boxes at the Danish Defence's shooting range facilities - Lot 1: Zealand & BornholmLot 1 concerns the supply or execution of services in relation to the maintenance of environmental bullet traps and assault boxes at the Armed Forces' shooting range facilities located on Zealand and Bornholm.
The total estimated value of the framework agreements (both lots 1 and 2) is given in point II.1.5 of the tender notice. The estimated/estimated value of lot 1 is 22,800,000.
In relation to the maximum economic value of the framework agreements, the following applies: The maximum financial scope of the framework agreements amounts to a total of DKK 55,000,000 for both lots 1 and 2 for the entire 4-year agreement period. The assessment of whether the maximum economic volume has been reached is thus based on the total consumption for both lots 1 and 2.
If one of the Framework Agreements does not enter into force due to, for example, non-award, or if one of the Framework Agreements terminates prematurely due to, for example, termination or termination, the maximum value for lot 1 is DKK 28,500,000 for the entire 4-year agreement period, cf. also clause II.2.6), and the maximum value for lot 2 is DKK 26,500,000 for the entire 4-year agreement period.
