The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract for the delivery of a enterprise service management system for Ullensaker municipality.
Ullensaker municipality needs a support tool to be able to perform the tasks that are intended for the various tasks in the new service integration function, such as:
• service desk function;
• intern onsite support service;
• operative ITIL processes, such as request, incident, problem and change management service request management (SRM) function;
• agreement administration;
• configuration management database (CMDB) and asset management function.
The contracting authority wants to grow into the platform/solution over time and use additional functionality when the need arises.

A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.
Lots/groups
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4 but has decided that it is not appropriate for this contract. The contracting authority retains the right to accept all or parts of a tender.
