“WASH Export SERVICE IN THE GMINE MASZEWO 2022"

The object of the order is collection, transport for development in the Installation of municipal waste from property owners residing from the area of the Municipality of Maszewo, and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK).

1) the collection and transport of all collected municipal waste (mixed waste

and segregated) from property owners residing from the territory of the municipality of Maszewo according to the following fractions:

(a) paper,

(b) plastics, metals, multi-aerial packaging waste,

(c) glass,

(d) biowaste,

(e) residues from segregated municipal waste (mixed municipal waste),

2) Equipment of operated properties with bags for selective waste collection (the cost of bags the contractor will include in the unit price in his offer),

3) provisioning each property owner with bags appropriately in colors:

1 — blue — for paper and cardboard, 1 — yellow for plastics, multi-plant packaging, metal, 1- green for glass, 1- brown for biowaste.

The bags are to be delivered throughout the duration of the contract if the owner reports a demand for these bags to the contractor (the contractor shall transfer the bags at the request of the property owner regardless of the containers he owns for selective waste collection),

4) supply of bags of appropriate color for selective collection of municipal waste for property owners in the municipality of Maszewo for exchange, and additionally to the Municipal Office for a paper on construction, real estate management and environmental protection,

5) transport and transfer of all segregated municipal waste collected from property owners and residues from the sorting of municipal waste (mixed municipal waste) to the regional waste treatment plant resulting from the provincial economy plan municipal waste,

6) emptying all waste containers, also already owned by residents,

7) at the request of the Ordering Party, the collection and transport of waste from the PSZOK, together with unloading on the installation.

The Contracting Authority contracts the service for the collection and transport of municipal waste for the period from: 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022.

The Contractor shall be required during the term of the contract to collect any quantity of municipal waste directly from the property owners, broken down into the following fractions:

1) paper,

2) plastics,

3) glass,

4) biowaste,

5) residues from segregation of municipal waste (mixed municipal waste).

Pursuant to Article 9e (1) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2021, item 888) in conjunction with Article 17 (1) and (2) of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779), Contractor received from the territory of the Municipality of Maszewo segregated waste (Journal of Maszewo municipal, as well as residues after selective collection (mixed municipal waste) will be transferred to the deliberate Union of Communities R-XXI Regional Municipal Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, gm. Nowogard.

This facility is the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation (hereinafter RIPOK) for the R-XXI Waste Management Region.

In the event of a failure in RIPOK or a temporary lack of RIPOK reprocessing capability, the Contractor shall supply waste to replacement installations,

The Contractor shall be obliged to report in accordance with the applicable rules.

The Slavin Waste Management Plant established by CZG R-XXI is a regional municipal waste treatment plant built, maintained

and operated by the Municipality of Maszewo jointly with other municipalities belonging to CZG R-XXI.

The Contractor is obliged to carry out the subject of the contract in accordance with the generally applicable law, and in particular the provisions of environmental law, the law on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, the resolution on the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services in the field of receiving municipal waste from property owners, the Waste Act and implementing regulations in this regard, the Rules of Procedure and
