The object of the order is the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate inhabited and uninhabited in the territory of the municipality of Siedlce. Detailed description of the item of the order in accordance with Annex 7 to the SWZ.
1) The subject of the order is:
(a) collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate inhabited and non-inhabited in the territory of the municipality of Siedlce;
(b) transport of waste to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation (RIPOK) Waste Disposal Company z.o.o. in Siedlce, Sokołowska 2 Street, Wola Suchożebrska, 08-125 Suchożebry listed in the Resolution of the Sejmik of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship No 4/19 dated 22 January 2019 r. on implementation of the Waste Management Plan for Masovian Voivodeship 2024 (Journal of Urz. Woj. Maz. of 2019, item 1462) and another Installation indicated by the Contracting Authority up to 30% of the total waste weight;
(c) achieving the levels set out in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14 December 2016 on levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2167) and achieving the levels set out in Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the weight restriction levels of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage and how to calculate the weight restriction level of such waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412);
(d) the provision and continuous provision to the owners of property purchased at their own expense by the contractor of bags to collect segregated and non-segregated waste.
