1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a street connecting Warszawska Street and Koncertowa Street together with the construction of a bridge over the Krzna River in Biała Podlaska. 2.. The scope of the investment includes the construction of:

1) a street which is an extension of Artyleryjska Street;

2) a double-sided sidewalk and a one-sided bicycle path referring to the educational path running along the river;

3) intersection with Żurawia Street;

4) a bridge over the Krzna River;

5) roundabout intersection with Koncertowa and Daleka streets;

6) conventions;

7) technological channel;

8) storm water drainage networks;

9) street lighting and lighting of pedestrian crossings;

10) extension of the intersection of Artyleryjska and Warszawska streets to a roundabout intersection.

1. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall, in particular:

1) perform construction works in accordance with the attached multi-branch design documentation;

2) demolish all elements interfering with the planned land development;

3) prepare as-built documentation, complete from the point of view of notification of completion of construction;

4) transfer to the contracting authority copyrights to as-built documentation;

5) concludes a civil liability insurance contract for the performance of the subject of the contract under the conditions specified in the contract;

6) provides a guarantee for construction works under the conditions specified in the contract;

7) provides a guarantee for the associated infrastructure under the conditions specified by the manufacturer;

8) supply the construction site with the necessary connections (electrical, water, sewage, other) by its own efforts and at its own expense;

9) guarantee that all construction works are carried out in a manner that ensures the least possible nuisance for neighboring streets;

10) execute and submit for approval a project of temporary traffic organization for the duration of construction;

11) perform the necessary laboratory tests of individual stages of the works;

12) ensuring the share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of the contract in question, continuation of point in the SWZ

13) Will make the following promotional materials:

a) make and place two one-sided information boards with dimensions of min. 120 x 80 cm at the start of construction works or other activities aimed directly at the implementation of the task, in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 7 May 2021 on the determination of information activities undertaken by entities performing tasks financed or co-financed from the state budget or from state special purpose funds (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 953). In accordance with the above-mentioned Regulation:

– the board is made of a composite board, plexiglass or PVC with a minimum thickness of 3 mm or placed on a metal backing with a double-wrapped edge;

– patterns of tables may not be modified, add your own signs and information, except for supplementing the content in the indicated fields;

– the information board may contain information on the value of funding or co-financing of the task, placed in the "grant" field and on the total value of the task;

– the information board must not contain other additional information and graphic elements, such as the logo of the beneficiary, partner or contractor;

– an information board is placed at the place of implementation of the task at the start of construction works or other activities aimed directly at the implementation of the task. The final design of the plate should be accepted by the Ordering Party;

b) make and place two one-sided information boards made of composite board, plexiglass or PVC with a minimum thickness of 3 mm or on a metal backing with a double-wrapped edge measuring 250 x 500 cm and 200 cm high at the start of construction works, the specimen of which will be provided by the Ordering Party;

c) make up-to-date photos and video of the progress of work available electronically for each building council;

d) make and make available 5 visualizations of investments in the form of color prints in B0 1000 x 1414 mm format;

e) make 500 pcs. coloured double-sided leaflets in A6 format, the specimen of which will be provided by the Ordering Party.

14) will provide the Ordering Party with the service of felling and removing trees from the investment area;

1) bills of quantities;

(2) design documentation.
