This contract is a public service contract - insurance.
This contract covers personal, material damage, civil liability and automobile insurance contracts for policyholders of the municipality and the CPAS of Saint-Ghislain.
Personal insurance- component 1: accident insurance and excess law;
- component 2: personal accident insurance.
The policies are concluded for a period of one year with extension in the form of tacit renewal for successive periods of one year without the total duration not exceeding four years.
Property damage insurance- component 1: fire damage insurance;
- component 2: insurance against all electronic / IT risks;
- component 3: insurance against all risks including breakdown of machinery;
- component 3: transport & stay insurance of valuables - theft;
- component 4: comprehensive insurance for exhibitions & works of art.
The policies are concluded for a period of one year with extension in the form of tacit renewal for successive periods of one year without the total duration not exceeding four years.
Liability insurance- component 1: general liability insurance (ILA);
- part 2: fire & explosion objective civil liability insurance;
- section 3: civil liability insurance for public officials;
- part 4: accident and civil liability insurance for school and extra-curricular activities;
- component 5: accident and civil liability insurance for various activities organized by the lessees.
The policies are concluded for a period of one year with extension in the form of tacit renewal for successive periods of one year without the total duration not exceeding four years.
Automobile Insurance- component 1: vehicle insurance (fleet);
- component 2: comprehensive mission insurance.
Automobile policies are concluded for a period of one year with an automatic renewal for consecutive periods of one year and for a total duration not exceeding four years.
