For several years, the municipality has focused on a healthy diet and physical activity through "HOPP" (Health-promoting upbringing in Horten municipality). The contracting authority wants to limit the food waste. The contract for food products applies to the municipal area of child and youth, which consists of three service areas: schools, nurseries, children and families.
