EUROPEAN OPEN TENDER FOR THE CONTRACT FOR THE METER REPLACEMENT SERVICE AND COMMISSIONING OF WATER FLOW LIMITERS IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CIIP SPA MEMBERS LOCATED IN THE PROVINCES OF ASCOLI PICENO AND FERMO.

The contract concerns the replacement service of 25,000 water meters and 3,000 water flow limiters inside niches and/or special compartments set up at the point of delivery to users in the 59 municipalities managed by CIIP S.p.A.

The SLA shall include the following:

collection at the warehouses of CIIP S.p.A. of the new water meters and flow limiters;

dismantling of old water meters and installation of new meters;

return to the warehouses of CIIP S.p.A. of the old dismantled meters.

Installation of water flow limiters.

Where necessary, the meter replacement activity must also include the replacement of any valves / shutters or faulty collectors placed upstream of the meter.

The estimated amount of the contract, excluding VAT, is set at €uro 1,867,500.00 (€uro one million, eight hundred and sixty-seven thousand, five hundred/00), the charges for security from interference not subject to reduction have been estimated at €uro 280,000.00 (Euro two hundred and eighty thousand/00).

The cost of labor is estimated considering the minimum employment of 5 operational teams of 2 people each and is quantified in € uro 450,000.00 (€ uro four hundred and fifty thousand / 00).
