Offering a framework agreement for the purchase of network equipment and operation

The contracting authority has tendered a framework agreement regarding the procurement of network equipment and related service delivery as well as the operation of the contractor's IT network. The framework agreement consists of the following services:

- Network equipment and accessories, including following:

- Switches,

- Access Points,

- WLC.

- Operation of the customer's Core network, firewall and LAN,

- Consultancy services,

- Service delivery (order handling, equipment configuration, warranty handling, service agreement, disposal / recycling (Buy Back scheme), handling Asset data, reporting and support).
