The purpose of the Contract is to ensure the Tax Administration a nationwide solution for value management. The contract concerns the delivery to the Customer of counting machines, the collection of cash and foreign currency and the delivery of change. After the Contracting Entity's insertion into the counting machine, the Offeror shall credit the Contracting Entity with the value of the cash and foreign currency deposited. After collection at the locations that do not have a counting machine, the Ordering Party must be credited accordingly. Delivery of the counting machines includes installation, preparation, testing, final assembly and instruction/training of the Customer's employees in operation and use. The Supplier must also be able to dismantle and move installed counting machines, and the Supplier must provide service of the counting machines.

Appendix 2 contains an indication of the estimated number that the Customer expects to purchase annually from the individual, priced items during the term of the Contract. The estimated number represents the Customer's best estimate of what consumption will be when the Customer looks at current plans and expectations for the coming years, but the Customer is not bound by this.
