The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance of the purity of building properties and adjacent external areas, owned and managed by Szczecin TBS, broken down into parts:

Part 1 - in accordance with the list of real estate and the scope of activities constituting Annex 1a to the SWZ

Part 2 - in accordance with the list of real estate and the scope of activities constituting Annex 1b to the SWZ

The external surface includes, among others, green areas, sidewalks, gutters, pedestrian roadways, parking spaces for vehicles, playground areas, separate places for the collection of municipal waste, unpaved areas, real estate, sidewalks and access areas located along the property border
